Ingredients
- 700g meat (chicken, pork or beef)
- 500ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100g Maesri Panang Curry Paste
- Fresh red chili and minced kaffir lime leaves for garnish
Instruction
- Stir fry 100g Maesri Panang Curry Paste with 2 tbsp of oil
- Slowly add 250ml coconut milk and keep stirring until boiled
- Add meat and stir to combine
- Slowly add another 250ml coconut milk and keep stirring until meat is cooked
- Garnish with fresh red chili and minced kaffir lime leaves
