Karee (Yellow) Curry with Chicken

Ingredients: (Serves 3)

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Pour Maesri Karee (Yellow) Curry Simmer Sauce into a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the chicken and potatoes, then bring it to a simmer. Cover and cook until the meat is tender, and the potatoes are soft.
  3. Once done, remove from heat and serve. Add cucumber relish on the side for extra flavour!

Cucumber Relish:

  • 2 Cucumbers (cut into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 Fresh Chilies (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. Add the cucumber and fresh chilies, and it’s ready to serve!
