Ingredients: (Serves 3)
- 250g Maesri Karee (Yellow) Curry Simmer Sauce
- 200g Meat (chicken, beef, or pork, cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 100g Potatoes (peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces)
Cooking Instructions:
- Pour Maesri Karee (Yellow) Curry Simmer Sauce into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the chicken and potatoes, then bring it to a simmer. Cover and cook until the meat is tender, and the potatoes are soft.
- Once done, remove from heat and serve. Add cucumber relish on the side for extra flavour!
