Tai Pla Curry

Ingredients:

  • 800 ml water
  • 100 g Maesri Tai Pla Curry Paste
  • 400 g bamboo shoots (prepared)
  • 100 g vegetables (50 g long green beans, 50 g eggplants)
  • 10 torn kaffir lime leaves
  • 150 g grilled fish (boneless)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

Preparation Tip for Bamboo Shoots:

Boil the bamboo shoots, drain, and cut them into bite-sized pieces before cooking.

Serves: 5

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add Maesri Tai Pla Curry Paste and stir until fragrant.
  2. Add the prepared bamboo shoots and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add kaffir lime leaves, long green beans, and eggplants.
  4. Stir in the grilled fish and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with fish sauce to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
