Green Curry Fried Rice with Seafood

Ingredients

  • 20g Maesri Green Curry
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 20g Yardlong Beans
  • 7g Wild Ginger
  • 4 Kaffir lime Leaves
  • 150g Cooked Rice
  • 80g Seafood (prawn, sliced squid)
  • 5g Thai basil leaves
  • 5g sliced chili
  • 1tsp Fish Sauce

Instruction

  1. Fry oil and curry paste over medium heat, stirring until aromatic
  2. Add Yardlong Beans and cook to your preferred tenderness
  3. Add cooked rice and mix until evenly coated with green curry paste
  4. Add seafood mix, chillis, Thai basil leaves, wild ginger, kaffir lime leaves and fish sauce
