Ingredients:
- 800 ml water
- 100 g Maesri Tai Pla Curry Paste
- 400 g bamboo shoots (prepared)
- 100 g vegetables (50 g long green beans, 50 g eggplants)
- 10 torn kaffir lime leaves
- 150 g grilled fish (boneless)
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Boil the bamboo shoots, drain, and cut them into bite-sized pieces before cooking.
