Thai Stir-Fried Noodles (Pad Thai)

Pad Thai is a classic Thai stir-fried noodle dish known for its perfect mix of sweet, sour, and savoury flavours. It’s quick, tasty, and easy to make at home with Maesri’s Pad Thai Meal Kit!

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

1 Maesri Pad Thai Meal Kit (noodles + sauce)

½ tbsp oil (for noodles)

3 tbsp oil (for cooking)

3 eggs, beaten

150 g bean sprouts

¾ cup chopped Chinese chives

2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

Instructions:

  1. Boil rice noodles in hot water for 4–5 minutes until tender. Rinse with cold water, drain well, and toss with ½ tablespoon of cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the beaten eggs. When the bottom starts to set, scramble them gently.
  3. Add the drained noodles to the wok. Pour in Maesri’s Pad Thai Sauce and stir-fry to coat evenly.
  4. Toss in the bean sprouts and Chinese chives. Stir-fry everything together for about 2 minutes until well mixed and heated through.
  5. Plate the Pad Thai and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve hot and enjoy!
