Tom Yum Soup
Tom Yum is Thailand’s most famous soup — a perfect balance of spicy, sour, and aromatic flavours. With Maesri Tom Yum Paste, you can enjoy this iconic dish at home in no time!

Ingredients
- 100g (6 tbsp) Maesri Tom Yum Paste
- 450ml boiling water
- 15 shrimps (about 350g) or 350g chicken
- 100g straw mushrooms (or button mushrooms)
- 6 tbsp evaporated milk (optional for creamy Tom Yum)
- Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a pot, add 100g (6 tbsp) of Maesri Tom Yum Paste to 450ml of boiling water. Stir until well combined.
- Add shrimps (or chicken) and straw mushrooms, then cook until the soup returns to a boil and the protein is cooked through.
- Stir in 6 tbsp of evaporated milk for a creamy finish.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
