1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by BKK Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 069 228 995), the sole distributor of Maesri products in Australia (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age and residency of entrants.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 28 April 2026 and closes on 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries will be judged monthly. Each monthly entry period closes at 11:59pm AEST on the last calendar day of each month, with winners announced the following week.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @MaesriAustralia
• Create a photo, video, or Reel featuring a Maesri product
• Use one of the following products:
  • Maesri 225g Glass Jar (Red, Green, Massaman, Panang)
  • Maesri Crispy Chilli 200g
• The Maesri product must be clearly visible and identifiable in the submitted content.
• Post the content to Instagram (Feed, Story, or Reels)
• Tag @MaesriAustralia and include the hashtag #MaesriMagic
• Entries are only valid if your Instagram or Facebook post is public at the time of judging.

Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Judging Criteria (Game of Skill)

This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

Entries will be judged based on:

• Creativity
• Visual presentation
• Originality
• Overall appeal of the dish/content

Judging will be conducted by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Prize

• Each month, 3 winners will receive a Maesri Magic Monthly Hamper valued at approximately AUD $100.
• Total number of winners will depend on the number of months during the Promotion Period.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• Prize Inclusions:
  • The prize consists of a total of 27 items, including:
  • Maesri curry paste (114g cans): Red, Green, Chu Chee, Prik Khing, and Khao Soi
  • Maesri curry paste (225g glass jars): Red, Green, Massaman, Karee, Panang, and Khao Soi
  • Maesri simmer sauces (250g): Red, Green, Massaman, Karee, Panang, and Khao Soi
  • Maesri stir-fry sauces (200g glass jars): Chicken with Cashew Nut, Pad Kra Pao (Chilli paste with Holy Basil leaves), Pad Thai, and Tom Yum paste
  • Maesri crispy chilli 200g
  • Maesri sweet chilli sauce 290ml
  • Maesri fried shallots 120g and fried garlic 140g
  • Maesri tumbler
  • Maesri apron

Disclaimer: The prize includes the products listed above only and does not include the basket/hamper. In the event that any item is unavailable, the organiser reserves the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater value at its discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram and/or Facebook using the account that submitted the entry, and/or announced on @MaesriAustralia’s official social media channels within one week of each monthly judging period closing.

The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with the original judging criteria.

8. Content Licence

By entering this promotion and using the hashtag #MaesriMagic, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and communicate their content (including images, videos and captions) for marketing and promotional purposes across all media channels without compensation.

9. General Conditions

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
• The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if necessary.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays.
• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability.

The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures in entry submission or notification caused by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta platforms.
