Ingredients:
- 1 Maesri Masaman Simmer Sauce 250g
(each pack contains 1 aluminium pack of simmer sauce, enough for 2 servings)
- 300g Beef (Chuck or Shin)
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 medium potato cut in chunks
- Handful of roasted peanuts for garnish
Instructions:
- Simply add the simmer sauce to a pot, bring it to a boil and add your beef.
- Simmer until the meat is tender
- Stir occasionally and add water if curry becomes too thick
- Add potato and onion and simmer for a further 10 minutes
- Garnish with peanuts
- Enjoy with a bowl of Thai jasmine rice
