Easy Masaman Curry Beef

Ingredients:

  • 1 Maesri Masaman Simmer Sauce 250g
    (each pack contains 1 aluminium pack of simmer sauce, enough for 2 servings)
  • 300g Beef (Chuck or Shin)
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 medium potato cut in chunks
  • Handful of roasted peanuts for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Simply add the simmer sauce to a pot, bring it to a boil and add your beef.
  2. Simmer until the meat is tender
  3. Stir occasionally and add water if curry becomes too thick
  4. Add potato and onion and simmer for a further 10 minutes
  5. Garnish with peanuts
  6. Enjoy with a bowl of Thai jasmine rice
