Panang Curry

Ingredients

  • 700g meat (chicken, pork or beef)
  • 500ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100g Maesri Panang Curry Paste
  • Fresh red chili and minced kaffir lime leaves for garnish

Instruction

  1. Stir fry 100g Maesri Panang Curry Paste with 2 tbsp of oil
  2. Slowly add 250ml coconut milk and keep stirring until boiled
  3. Add meat and stir to combine
  4. Slowly add another 250ml coconut milk and keep stirring until meat is cooked
  5. Garnish with fresh red chili and minced kaffir lime leaves
