Our History

Every region in Thailand has its version of food, and every family has its own recipe. Families often have their chefs who create the family’s secret recipe. For the Maesri family, the head chef is ‘Mother Somsri,’ or ‘Mae Sri’. Mae Sri crafted her own recipe to provide food for the family, and this recipe has been passed down through generations. Our curry pastes hold a special place as they are not only our favourites but also our mother’s favourites.
